General Rules (Normative Resolution No. 387 of EMBRATUR)
The lodging at Pousada Gaya is governed by the conditions described below and published on the Internet at www.pousadagaya.com.br. And exposed in the accommodations.

Check-in from 14h and check-out at 12h.
The booking of the Chalet will be carried out and the module will be blocked, unless payment is made in cash or by advance payment by the guest or legal representative, of the 50% sign of the total amount of the daily or package requested, following the tariffs then in force, the remaining 50% must be paid upon check-in.
If the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date, the room rate will be considered that is, the total amount of the stay will be charged and from the 24th hour after the check in time the accommodation will be free for a new reservation.
The remarking of the reservation period contracted by the client (we can accept only redial written and sent by e-mail), must occur until 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival at the inn, There will be no refund of reservation payment.
This paragraph is not applicable for illness proven by medical report or force majeur officially published.
In case the guest presents to the Pousada without having made a reservation and / or paid the reservation signal, the Pousada will charge the full amount of the reservation upon the check-in.
The guest already installed in the Pousada under a daily regime, can interrupt their stay at any time, however, without the right to any type of compensation of paid daily.
Under the Package regime the interruption of the hosting does not give right to the return or reduction of the price, therefore the Package is a product of single and integral price.
It is not allowed at any time to use musical instruments or sound devices that disturb, as well as loud conversations, screams or verbiage that threaten the tranquility or cause embarrassment to other guests.
Guests are allowed to bring drinks into their suite or common areas.
Guests are not allowed to make campfires, food handling and barbecues at Chalets and in any area of the inn.
It is not allowed to use household electrical equipment such as (Microwave, Coffee Makers, Electric Cookware, Misteira etc).
Any damages that may be caused to the property of Pousada Gaya, either by the owner of the lodging or his companions, will be reimbursed upon the check-out (closing of the account), taking as reference the values included in the spreadsheet of costs and goods of patrimonial values, available at the Pousada.
Breakfast time will be from 08:30 hrs, delivered to the chalets.
From 10:00 p.m., silence must be respected by all.
If the check-out is performed after normal time (12h), you will be charged half-day until 17h or one day after this time.
In case the guest does not vacate the suite until the check-out time and is not present in the Pousada, the Pousada has the right to move the belongings of the guest to the reception with the supervision of the manager or responsible person. You will be charged half a day, as mentioned in the previous item.
